Exporting obj and the silly Z axis...

Hi to all,
I work many time with zbrush. I have several problem when import a file into zbrush, the coordinate is wrong every time I tried it (usually upside down, sometime other coordinates are wrong)

GOB http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?127419-GoB-an-unofficial-GoZ-for-Blender don’t help, and the coordinates are wrong.

Hod do you resolving this issue?

Just tried exporting an object from blender as obj, and import into zbrush. Came in with perfect orientation. Export settings changed to -Z as forward and Y as Up. Also any rotation of objects applied before exporting
