With 2.56, can you export models with X format?

First dump 2.56 and install the latest version of blender. This comes with a .x exporter

Richard - I now have Ver 2.57 but I still see no option to Export to an X model??

Click on File -> User Preferences

On the new window, click on the “Addons” tab, in the filter list, click on Import - Export
In the middle of the addon list appearing, there is a Import Export DirectX model format (.x) , tick it.

It will now have appeared in the File -> Export
