I was just wondering if the rigging will transfer nicely when I export this model into *.3ds, *.fbx, or *obj formats.
Has anyone done this and come across a problem?
Is it better off to just export the model excluding the rigging?
fbx perhaps the other formats don’t support rigs and animation at all. 3ds is a really outdated format and I suggest you never use it. You can use collada too I think. Also there is udk exporter. Unity uses fbx I think.
