I’ve designed some parts in Blender, that I want to have cut out of 1/4" plywood. I did the design in 3D to make sure everything fit properly.
The laser cutter requires outlines of the parts in a 2D vector format (I’d like to use Corel Draw).
In order to avoid any errors that might arise from re-drawing all of these parts in 2D, I want to export the designs directly from Blender to a format that I can then import into Corel. Preferably, I’d just like to import the outline of each part.
As you can see in the image below, the parts are currently oriented along different axises, and I’d like to export them without moving them if possible, but I can do whatever’s necessary to get the shapes in the format I want.
Any suggestions on how I might do this?
