Exporting to Cal3D

Im using blender2cal3-1.3-ender.py script to export the animation. My animation si rigged and can be played on blender. When I exported it the cal3d animation file is separated to 5 caf file even on my blender file it only one action.
The problem is on my game engine the position is always at rest position and didnot move, anyone know why?

I got error message like this: Warning vertex [number] in mesh [mesh name] has influence sum of 0.0! Set the sum to 1.0, otherwise there would be division by zero. Better find the offending vertex.

What causing it?
