I’m using blender to export .obj files for use in a game engine of mine. Some of the models have a parent child relationship (i.e. a tank and its turret) and I would like to export the child object so that its origin is used when the .obj file is created rather than the global origin.
For example, say that a turret is drawn at (0,2,0) but in blender I set this point to be this turret’s origin. How do I make the ‘export to .obj’ export these child objects to be exported in relation to their own coordinate axis rather than the global one.
