I really like geometry, especially roof. Is it Bump and normal, or displacement modiffer? The whole image is to saturated. When camera is focusing on building, sky should be less saturated. I think. Anyway it looks good enough to be sold. I saw many worse visualisations on info board.

Roof is only geometry generated by applying Array and Bevel. Fixed saturated and Sky.
