Extreem Barbacue (crazy kitchen)

Loads of trickery here.

10 cuboids
no light (world shader + nitisha sky)
1 material (just a blue thing.)

That’s pretty clever, I’ll admit.

Very cool, quite the tricky maneuver there.

Nicely done!

Impressive bending of reality!

Sorry to bump but I wanted to add a greyscale one too and saw that I had a lot of JPG compression artifacts.

While I am at it (a bit disappointed that nobody asked so I will explain anyway.)

I used the new central cylindrical camera to distort the cubes.

The shader is a simple principled shader with a blue base colour (no tricks).

The world actually uses 3 nitisha sky nodes.

One does the red

One the Blue

and the other for the sun disk

So where is the tenth cube, can anyone guess?

Answer

The tenth cube is in exactly the same position as the first one, the volcano it’s self.

It creates that lovely z fighting which makes the lines on the landscape.

Fun fact, this is a viewport render, doing a final render was partially fixing it and I did dot want that.

Wow, that’s so technical, I love it
Thanks for the explanation of the building process. I had absolutely no clue how you achieved this.
