I got a new laptop and it has this issue:
I dont understand why this is happening. The specs of the laptop are completely fine, and this is a new installation of Blender. What s causing this issue?
Its hard to see, but there’s basically a weird frizzling and splitting going on through the viewport.
In User Preferences->System tab look at the options under Window Draw Method:
Found out it was actually an issue with mobile nVidia GPUs on the latest driver with the newest Blender build Using my Intel integrated now and it works fine, just slower unfortunately.
Usually has to do with V-sync. Try deactivating this and seeing what happens.
