I’m not sure if this has been asked before, I wasn’t sure what to search for but the keywords I used didn’t turn up anything. Sorry if this was something I could’ve easily found an answer to!
I’m trying to make a certain shape (like iron rails on the side of stairs) that ends up looking odd like this:
What I did was picking all 4 vertices, extruding and then rotating slightly down. In my head it worked, but the result was different.
Is there an easier way to do this that I’ve overlooked? I mean this can probably be done better with manual precision work (snapping to the x/y of a nearby vertice maybe, somehow?)
Thanks in advance!
