Extrude in Hand Direction?

Hi

How can Extrude this Loop Edge in Direction of the Hand?

Do I Need to Change the 3D Manipulator direction ?

When you extrude it will do bu=y default along the extruded face normal. Press the MMB after extruding to break away from the normal direction.
Or E / LMB / G to then position the extruded face with your mouse

I use the easy way "Extrude the Edge Loop then LMB to postion it :frowning:
what I want is i want to Extrude the Edge Loop in about 100% same Direction of the hand

now i try this thing… it give me Close result to what i want…

I press E then I Hold CTRL … the Extrude Edge Loop will began to Snap then LMB
