Noobie question: Using Sverchok, what node(s) would you recommend to ‘extrude’ these mesh edges into the Z direction?
I tried to use the lathe node, but didn’t seem to work.

depends on what you need this for.
There are extrude edges
node and also you can make curve polygon curve
from points and extrude surface on vector
with this curve. Benefits of surface - flexible afterward manipulations and fast also. Finding on UV domain of surface much more cozy.
