eyeball on character rig

hello wondering if someone can check my rig out in the blend file. the problem im having is when i move the eye target controller the eyeballs doesnt stay in the socket. if someone can take a look and tell me what i need to do i be very happy here is the blend file http://www.pasteall.org/blend/29713

Two problems:

  • The eyes each also have equal weight from the head bone. Delete that vertex group.
  • The eye deform bones’ pivot points are at the backs of the eyes, not the center. Your eyeball does not rotate around its back surface, it rotates around the center of the sphere. Move the roots of those bones to the appropriate location.
