Ok, I’m done with this I think. There are still a few things I’d like to fix, but I’m going to Seattle for three weeks tomorrow (to stay with friends:D Yay for summer:D:D) And when I get back, I’d like to start something else… I’ve been working on this for four months, and its gotten a little old. So, yeah, time for a change.

Yeah, I’m a noob, I’m just now getting on my final project on the tut, “Noob to Pro”. So I’m just looking at these finished projects to try to learn somethen, but I’m probably better off learning in the “work in progress” forum huh.
Hehe, thanks, and welcome to blender:D Yeah, I’d look more at WIPs to learn blender. But the Finished Projects forum is good to look at to see these cool works, and get inspiration from them, lke to see what blenders capable of. Also, if you really want to get blown away, check ou tthe stuff in the Forum Gallery. Especially the works by @ndy… Crazy stuff:D
Looks very cool. The only thing that really detracts from the realism is that you have some quite bad aliasing around the central fighter, particularly on the underside and wingtip. Plus, would they really be flying that close together?
Finally able to check my email again… Only one more reply? Ah well… Anyway, yes, I see the aliasing. That must have happened in the post-pro, cause I didn’t see it when I did the renders. I’ll fix it when I get back.
I think you need some global illumination, the lighting doesn’t look convincing. Remove the missiles, they look awful. If you can, don’t blur the background, makes no sense. Perspective, model and textures are nice.
