Face color is bleeding into next face, why?

I added yellow to the faces of the yoke and it runs onto the white. Why? I included a shot of the mesh also. Thanks.

It is the subsurf. If you apply the subsurf you can do it correctly. Alternatively you can use a UV texture. They work right with Subsurf.

try adding one more edgeloop (in edit mode press K, select loop cut) in the “white” area, and bring it near the yolk. hope it’ll work. :smiley:
