Face, edge, vertex selection problem

I have a problem as you see in the pictures in Blender. If I put this topic into words. First of all, I am in the period of learning blender. During the model study process, after choosing in vertex, edge, face modes in Edit mode, the surfaces go crazy when I pass in object mode. How can I solve this. I had no such problem with the 2.81 version. Such problems started to appear in 2.82 and 2.83. I will be very happy if you help with this. Thanks for your help in advance.

Have you got any sort of simulator running? Meaning cloth or any other physics?
