Faces deforming in Object mode

Greetings. I have a model I’ve created that looks fine while in edit mode, but when I switch to object mode its as if a few of the faces are duplicated and then deformed towards each other, obstructing the original faces. What would be causing this, and how might I fix it? Thank you.




I discovered that the problem was some hidden faces. Selecting the entire model in edit mode and using alt + H, they were revealed and I could then delete them. Not entirely sure how they got hidden in the first place, but oh well. Sorry for spamming the forum.

Unless you have 2 models on top of each other in Object mode, it looks like you have some hidden faces in Edit Mode
So in Edit mode click on ALT+H to unhide them.
