I want to make a face for an object that has a circular top, and I want to make the face as one not as several faces put together.

Not in Blender. Any face can have only 3 or 4 sides.

Blender only has 3 and 4 sided faces. If you wish to hide the interior faces on a flat plane you can use an ngon (f-key) after selecting the faces. This isn’t a true polygon however and just changes the appearance of your model in edit mode.

Ok, well thx I guess I will have to deal with more faces than I want. It wont be that big of a deal…I think. Thanks for your help.
