Hello Everyone,
I have been following the hair tutorial on Wiki. When I apply a - Z force, the force is applied in the Y axis, and Y force is applied along the Zaxis.
Am I missing something? Or, have I made a change to a setting to flip Y and Z?
Thanks for your time!
I’d say your object has been rotated or you didn’t create it in Top View. Turn on the axes of the object (under, I think, the object or edit buttons) to check.

Hair Fair…computers are just to literal.
That was the problem, obj axis different than global. Is there an easy way to align an objects axix to the global?
