Fairly low poly object that don’t cause lag when not parented to the player’s head, cause lag when parented to the head. What do I do?

If you talk about lags, always submit the output from profile.
I suspect: Physics, one object is inside another object => Lag, even if one is ‘ghost mode.’ Set the players head to no collision. (Not static ghost, No Collision)
