Well, after reading posts and looking at pics for a couple of weeks now I thought it was time I put showed something. This is my first picture that I think is anywhere near the ever fearfull “complete”.
It started as me trying to get better at env mapping but the scene looked nice so I tried to make it more complete with the fairies. Hopefully its not just another “magic ball” picture.

animating it would be fun but i think i should replace the fairies with actual models ifirst. at the moment theyre just planes with images. I wonder if I can model a faiiry…
I suppose I wouldnt need the fairy to be very detailed as they are so small and inside the light. Fast flapping/buzzing wings would be very cool.
