[edit] : finally after checking there might be another program that installed the stuff and Norton just pointed Blender as the culprit. Disregard this message
[Edited 9:10GMT]And apologies goes to BlenderCN maintainer ! Great job in doing the chinese version !

I have a chinese native speaking friend who wanted to learn 3D. I naturally pointed to Blender. And to BlenderCN where she downloaded blender 2.42 in chinese.
Later this week, she ran Norton anti virus, and Norton pointed out a file called “winlib . dll” (yes there is two blank spaces surrounding the dot like this winlib[space].[space]dll) as a possible trojan and says it was put there by Blender in the first place.
 Could anyone tell me if this file is normal or is it really a trojan?
