Fatal python error.

Hi.
I’ve been trying to run blender from an SD card and I can’t get blender to even start.
I get the following message on 2 different computers.

Color management: using fallback mode for managementBLF_lang_init: ‘locale’ data patch for translations not found, continuing
warning! bundled python not found and is expected on this platform. (if you built
with CMake: ‘install’ target may have not been built)
Fatal Python error: PY_initialize: unable to load the file system codec
LookupError: no codec search functions registered: can’t find encoding

I really searched how to fix this before posting but could not find a fix.
I downloaded blender 2.69 from the official page.
I’ already installed the c++ redistributable package and restarted my computer.
I’m running windows vista on a 32 bit machine and downloaded the corresponding zip version.
I don’t have any version of python installed on both computers.
I already tried running blender 2.59 but get a similar message, the difference is the first 2 lines with the following text:
“ndof: dead zone set to 0.10
Info: Config directory with “startup.blend” file not found”. the next 4 lines of text are the same.
I also tried running it from a USB drive with the same result.
I don’t know if it is normal but after unzipping both blender releases the python folders are empty.

Please Help, thanks for your time…
