I just upgraded 3.5 to 3.6 and I’m trying to export fbx to U3D. The problem is it seems the materials of linked objects will get lost when exported as fbx in 3.6. I’ve checked my fbx export options and there is no change.

Yeah, 3.5 works fine. The problem doesn’t occur till I upgrade to 3.6.
If in 3.6 you did exactly what you did in 3.5 and it doesn’t work, I can assume maybe it’s a bug or something
I guess so. At least I can’t tell any difference between before & after. I mainly work with blender and u3d so I may go back to 3.5 for a while till it’s fixed.
yeh I’ve checked this. Maybe it’s due to the exporter upgrade.
