I need to get some honest feedback on my latest artwork, in terms of lighting and overall theme. I want to improve this work as much as possible in 2 days max. I would really appreciate your time and advice. Thanks

first, I like the look and the clear ice feeling overall.
In which direction do you want to improve this scene ? Should it be a realistic or stylized ?
What immediately caught my eyes is the “off” of the shadow overall. Here are three examples …
- The penguins for example are prertty flat stading there.
- The person by the fire is also casting no shadow at all and the fire seems to only effect the sitting person, not the standing one.
- The place of the fire logs left to the snowman is well lit, but lying in a shadow which comes from nowhere.
It seems to me, that the sunlight affect all elements, but only casts a shadow to the ice itself.
I hope you don’t get my answer to harsh, it’s only ment to be kindly, to improve your work.

I really appreciate your comment, yes the lighting seems a bit off, I couldn’t figure out what’s the “off” part, then you clearly identified that.
