I’m trying to get fiber 203 to work on blender 2.33 but iI’m not succeeding…
The readme file says that I should put dynoise in the blender directory… okay done that… Furthermore … some threads say that the dynoise.dll has become obsolete in blender 2.33… so I don’t worry 'bout that either…
You only require the dynoise.dll file if you are using an earlier version of Blender than 2.33 . As RipSting says in the readme.txt file included with Fiber 2.03:
“If you’re using 2.33 or above, the dynoise functionality is now part of Blender, so you don’t need to worry about this.”
I would remove that file from your Blender directory.
I am not sure if it makes any difference, but I would also recommend that you use the latest Blender version 2.33a . Fiber 2.03 works fine with this version for me.
Python 2.3 is not a problem and is in fact the version that you require when running Blender 2.33a .
Are you getting any error messages in the DOS console, and could you post them? (In case, the above does not resolve the problem).
