any improvements for my jet?
good model but very dark and looks like plastic jet 
use more lights
lights i can do^^ but how do you get more realistic renders?=( i really have no idea
the shading is too high. if you use hemi light or ambOcc

Please, don’t just use Ambient Oclusion. Using it without understanding how to light a scene is no good. With a well placed area light and a hemi light you can get better and faster results.
im not too newbie at blender, but im afraid there certainly basic things ive missed out, eg LIGHTS:P im also not too sure what an edge loop is, any tut links?
