Fillet Inside/Outside in Blender

Maya has this useful script called Mig Normal Tools that has a fillet inside/outside tool:

Does anyone know anything similar in Blender?

  1. Blender has the Weighted Normals modifier
  2. What’s shown in that .gif in Blender is done by selecting that top face and going Mesh -> Normals -> Set From Faces:
