Any tips on filling in the faces of a self-built wireframe model? I know there’s probably no way to do it automatically, but does anyone have any techniques they do to speed up the process? Or perhaps I should construct the wireframe model differently in the future? Sorry to ask, it’s getting pretty tedious X)

In Blender 2.5, just selecting the whole mesh and pressing “F” should do the trick.
for 2.49, do F->Auto.
If you get strange looking (as in color) faces, just recalculate normals (Ctrl-N) and shade flat.
