Final Render Lighter Than Rendered Images?

Hello I have a VSE file that I rendered and the fmpeg video is lighter than what I had the frame images at. Does anyone know how I can make the lighting the same in the final rendered video as it is in the image sequence please? Oh and its not the background shader stuff I already turned off the spec shading.

Nevermind I fixed it. It was the color management settings that needed to be changed to:

View Transform: Filmic
Look: High Contrast
Exposure: 1.850
