I just recently finished the first “gingerbread man” animation tutorial and have completed all parts. However when the animation is rendered it will not play. It only shows one screen of the gingerbread man and stays there, but the timeline bar is moving. Please help:)
Did you render the whole animation? what did you render it as? where did you render it to? if you rendered it as a movie file then find where you rendered it and play it. if you rendered as an image sequence then you will have to encode a video file or use the VSE in blender
I saved it as an AVI Raw as it said to in the tutorial and I believe I rendered the whole animation as it went over all the screens so what is an AVI Raw exactly and what do I do with it?
you open it with your choice of media player. avi raw is an uncompressed avi file.
