I saw Andrew Price’s water in cup tutorial a while ago and have always been wanting to do my own water sim. Well, after may frustrating attempts to create a nice cup, I decided to go with a glass container instead. It took overnight to simulate and another night to render. Here it is:
With the quality set to 200 it created 141K vertices, 273K faces and a bit of water splashed out of the container and attached itself to the edge of the domain. The blend file is too large to attach here, so I put it into Dropbox with just frame 41 baked: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fdo6mu71m0hpkfn/glass.blend?dl=0
Any thoughts?
