First Character Model - Need suggestions

Hi all, this is my first character model in blender, actually first one ever (that I didn’t get frustrated with and quit)… anyway I need some suggestions/help/references for proper skinning/creating photorealistic type skin and stubble/hair. Let me know if you have any suggestions! Thanks!

Not to bad for a first organic model… I think we could tell you more by posting a wire or a screenshot of your character. I think there are some triangles on the face and some bad placed edges…

Photorealistic model is quit difficult to do, especially if you begin character modelisation…

I know that the model isn’t perfect… I was looking more at advice for texturing/texture settings, render settings, lighting settings material settings etc not so much modeling advice though I appreciate the positive review and offer to help! But again looking more for material/rendering advice… thanks again…

The second half of this tutorial is about photo-realistic texturing.
