First Of A First

So in a different thread - Advice on Smoke/Volumes I posed the question of how to slow down the smoke simulations and received a couple of suggestions that just didn’t pan out. I think the main lesson I learned from that process is to plan out and implement any simulations before animating anything else in the scene.

This is what I’m considering the final version of the first scene (frame 366, had to scale down for file size - hope the quality still comes through), of my first real project of any size. If I don’t move on, I’m never going to get this project finished. I just decided to paint the smoke in the background. I Hope I didn’t cheese it up too much. It’s intended to be a learning project and a hobby.
