I am new to blender and decided to play with the sculpt tool. The mouth was the worst part for me…lol
I’m sure the mouth is the worst part for him too 
Now you need to practice more and more and more and more until it’s almost easy 
(But well, modeling instead of sculpting is a better exercise, I think. But sculpting is funnier)
I think modelling is definately easier…still trying to learn good topography…
