First WIP: Celtic knot

I saw the tutorial on doing a celtic knot and gave it a try. Here is my image from it.

Cool arrangement - linked chain effect.

What was your method? The loops look a little uneven was this intentional? - it kinda works with the wood texture. The wood texture is cool.

It might be worth trying to vary the wood texture a little bit on each link shape to get a more organic look.

I followed this example/tutorial

The uneven look was slightly intentional, but it got of out control.

Making each link have a different wood texture would be neat. Need to figure out how though.
