Fix object direction

Hello!

So, I’m super new to Blender and 3D games and art, and am probably the worst artist in existence. I’m making my first 3D game using Unity and Blender with a couple of friends as a final project, and really have no idea what I’m doing.

My teammate made a basic enemy model (essentially a fish with two legs), and I’ve been able to animate it and get it into Unity with no problem. However, when I try and move it, it seems to think facing left or right is facing forward (which is a serious problem when I try and make it face and move towards my player object in Unity). Everything I’ve read online says to fix direction problems in my 3D modeling program, which for me is Blender, but I have no idea how to go about fixing it. Is anyone able to help?

Thank you very much for your time, and I’m sorry to be such an inconvenient noob.

Yeah. Right as I asked this, I opened Blender and thought “Hey, maybe I can just rotate it a bit”, so rotated it about 90 degrees on the z-axis. And it works now. Sorry to bother. (:
