Fixing irregular faces?

Good morning,

I have a mesh with some faces that are irregular due to the vertex positions, and triangles are seen in squared faces. Is there any tool to fix this kind of faces / vertex without messing up the model too much?

You can set your object to smooth shading and use an edge split modifier or enable Auto Smooth in the mesh data properties with an angle of zero degrees

I applied edge split and smooth to the whole mesh and worked great.
