Fizzing Soda?

Anyone have any idea how I’d achieve a “fizzing soda” affect on a water physics animation? I’m looking to do a simple, pour soda into a glass animation.

Normally when you pour soda it fizzes a lot a first, and as you stop pouring it finishes fizzing and all the little tiny fizz bubbles pop toward the end.

Any idea on how I could achieve this affect?

Still looking for some advice on this.

I’m wondering if it can be done in some way that you would produce foam with the ocean simulator. I am not familiar with the simulator, but I have seen tutorials for how to produce foam for a sea.
