Flashing individual LED Panels in random Order

Hey guys, im looking for an easy way to make my nanoleaf like led Panels pulsating randomly, without keyframe each one seperatly. What would be the easiest way to archieve that? im not into nodes that well, so a more or less in depth help would be appreciated
