Flickering in animation (FIXED)

Hey guys, im having trouble with an animation Ive been working on, when i render it, it “flickers”. Ive checked for doubles, and I dont think Ive duplicated the whole mesh (cant find a good way to check it if doubles hasnt worked)

Heres the blend, only 150frames, the textures are just placeholders, and it did the same thing with UV mapped textures i used earlier.

Anyone want to see if they can figure it out?
