Floor Texture problem during camera motion

I have a scene where the floor has a texture mapped to it…a PNG file I created in Gimp.

when I render a clip in which the camera moves over the floor toward objects in the scene, the grain of the Floor texture doesn’t pass underneath the camera, so that objects that the camera is moving toward appear to be sliding on the floor at the camera!

I poked around in my surface attributes and saw that Map Input for the Floor did not have Glob highlighted…so I highlighted it and that didn’t help either.

however I did it, I believe that I have my floor texture mapped in such away that it remains constant with respect to the camera, as opposed to appearing to move as the camera moves over it, same as if you were in an airplane flying low…to your eye, the dirt and grass underneath you would appear to move relative to your position.

thanks for any clues how to remedy this.
