Fluid animation - please help!

Hi guys.

My english is not as good as I wish, so I won’t be talking long - let’s get down to business  Here’s my problem - these are my settings for my fluid animation:

The large cube is my domain, smaller cube is fluid, and that thing below the fluid is an obstacle, as you probably noticed :o Everything should be alright, but look what’s happening when I bake the thing:

I mean the fluid is not filling the tank the way it should… What’s wrong?
I’ll be thankful for any advices

Hi,

See if the following tutorial helps:

It is working as expected. Increase your resolution for a higher quality simulation. Also, set your display quality to final to see the way it will render.

@Thanglin: Thanks for the link, it may be helpful in the future

@sketchy: Thanks a lot  That worked for me… I mean i tried higher resolutions before but forgot to switch the display quality to final and it seemed to me nothing was changing… Thanks one more time!

Oh snap! This answers my question marks too? I need sleep.
