Fluid in UPBGE?

Is it possible to create fluid/smoke simulations in UPBGE? It would be very CPU-intensive, but extremely cool to look at. It would need to work with versions 0.30 and above and have various options. I remember glancing at an addon showcased on YouTube. Is there maybe a way to get those effects in vanilla UPBGE? Imagine a faucet running into a bath or bathroom sink with real-life like water…

It is possible. But more oriented to demos than to games.
