Fluid Object holding large quantity of hidden residual fluid. (blend included)

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with a project that is using fluid,
I replicated the issue in the blend file I’ve attached

in it there is a small inflow that shoots 3 tiny blasts of fluid on an object,
a fair few frames go on, and I have the obstruction object to move
when the object moves a Heap of fluid falls off which appears to have been hidden, I would prefer this extra fluid to be as if it never existed… haha

anyone know whats going on, its real frustrating and I dont know how to solve it.

I have tried to use shell and volume for the objects and nothing works :frowning:
