Fluid obstacle problem

Why do my obstacles only slow down fluids insted of stoping them:confused: :mad:

try subdividing them, more verts to collide with usually helps

the object can’t be just faces facing the fluid, it has to have depth. More verts will make it simulate slower. For instance, if you have a flat plane trying to block the fluid, you don’t subdivide the plane, you make it a cube. Then it will block the fluid.

I tried subdividing the surface as well as doing altP, and the water’s still landing on the object’s bounding box.
