I want to animate a wave but the fluid passes through the obstacle as seen in the images.
Following the tutorials and the information I could find it should work but maybe I’m missing something?

I don’t think you can use those long funky n-gons when modeling your collision geometry. Try replacing what you have, with a cube and your setup will work.
Or remesh your current collision surface to be more quad friendly.
