Fluid sim gets the shell position wrong

I made a blender in blender, then used fluidsim to simulate milk being poured in. It looks great, and the milk perfectly adapts to the shape of the blender, but it floats halfway. I rebaked it a couple of times. What went wrong? Video

For each object (fluid, domain, obstacles) select in object mode and use Ctrl+A to Scale and Rotation to ObData. This resets the objects scale value.
