All I’m trying to do is have a drop of water hit the floor. I’ve done several basic fluid animations before so I wasn’t concerned but for some reason its not working how i had hoped…
For some reason the sim isn’t recognizing “objects”. Is there anyway someone could whip up a quick .blend file for me, I find the best way to learn is to dissect. If not could someone explain how I can do this:
Just search around the net till you find them. Also there are alot of examples on youtube on how to do exactly what you are describing.

i think i’ve figured a lot out buuut!
im having trouble rendering it correctly…the particles aren’t rendering seperately but more like a glow…do i need to use yafray or is my lighting wrong or something? help…
