Fluid simulation has strange edgy render

Hello everyone,

I looked for quite a long time but I can’t seem to find the right answer to my question, maybe I’m asking it the wrong way.

Problem is, I want a fluid to roll down my mesh, like a paint on it. But when I’m doing that, the fluid is having strange looking small very pointy edgy part, even if my res is high or if I smooth it a lot.
I think it’s related to the way it’s rolling on the surface.

Do you guys have any answer ?
